1st Approach We Follow
Complete the Required Forms
We begin with gathering all necessary documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. These forms include:
- Employment Agreement
- I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification
- W-4 Tax Form
- Additional program-specific forms, as applicable.
All documents are completed via Docusign. If you have any questions, our team is here to assist you at every step.
2nd Approach We Follow
Background Check and Authorization
All employees and caregivers are required to undergo a background check to ensure participant safety. Sentinel Four partners with trusted agencies to process these checks quickly and securely.
You will receive instructions via Docusign to complete the background check. Be sure to respond promptly to avoid delays in the onboarding process.
3rd Approach We Follow
Support & Delivery
After completing the onboarding process, you will officially join the Sentinel Four team and can begin your role as a trusted caregiver or employee. We’re excited to support you in making a meaningful impact in the lives of participants and their families.
